Ikhwan Efendi Nazaruddin is a seasoned Technical Director at Aerodyne Group with 2 decades of experience. He specializes in agile, engineering and product management delviery. With extensive experience in transforming departments and organization, he has led global teams, managed product development ideation methodologies, and collaborated with AWS and Microsoft for marketplace placements and ecosystem development. Previously, he scaled engineering teams at GoGet and Maybank and led transformational changes at SEEK, Cisco and Quintiq. Ikhwan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS and is certified in various agile and quality practices.
