A passionate coder since the age of 10, Laavanya began her career as a software engineer and has progressed to managing multiple software teams. Currently, as the Director of Engineering - Engineering Platforms at SEEK, she oversees the components of SEEK's online marketplace platforms. With a deep passion for all facets of software development—people, technology, and delivery—Laavanya brings a well of experience and learnings over the years. In her free time, she enjoys staying active through hiking, swimming, and indoor wall climbing.
