Currently the Managing Director of the Transformation (Digital) team in CIMB, Monica is managing teams of research, design, product, scrum, software engineering and DevOps in a do-it-all fashion. Monica has experiences of delivering first-in-market products in a test and learn approach, focusing on fintech across multiple Asian countries. In her different roles, she has built internal innovation teams from employee zero, setup digital banking services in a large scale startup, including spearheading product, growth and development work in a smaller startup.
