Tiffany is the Head of Product Design at Malaysia's largest eWallet, TNG eWallet, where she leads a high-performing multidisciplinary team in product design, content design, and UX research. On a day-to-day basis, Tiffany ensures UX strategies are designed to solve user problems while also achieving business goals. She supports her teams in delivering quality work in a collaborative and autonomous manner.  

Beyond her corporate role, Tiffany mentors product designers on ADPList and leads the Kuala Lumpur chapter of Ladies that UX. Her mission is to design for good, balancing the needs of people, the planet, and profit.
